This always happen at Full Tilt Poker with me i stopped playing there awhile ago. To many bad beats and shady players.

I'm not familiar with the BetCris client, but many of them log the hand history to your hard drive (as tools like PokerTracker can locate/read them). Does CRIS do this?

i requested an immediate hand history and have the players name, they told me they can e-mail it after 24 hours, i called in bookmaker,and even spoke with the player in a different room via chat and he saw what i did, its only a 3 buck tourney but puts me in doubt. I have even brought them a bunch of players recently and have been promoting 4 them but the truth is the truth. We will see the hand history but i know I won, and he had a 78 and a q flopped, his str8 would have filled me up. I have seen so many hands of online poker that i do not doubt myself in this situation. we will see the hand history and i havent played a tourney since. Just cash games 4 me and if this comes out bad software im gone, I turned into a platinum player in 2 days and brought over 10K worth of players to their site so we will see.

i know human error is more than possible, but bookmakers poker room is not the best software out there for getting your hand history, besides this petty complaint i have know bad history with them. ill report the results,

This has happened to me at bookmaker several times I play low limit to kill time so never bitch about 10cent/ $5 pots not worth the hassel but the bad beats and scams are a pain in the ass

It's actually not bookmakers software they are affiliated with some other poker host, but either way that is no excuse I have had several issues with bookmaker in the past as far as the sportsbook goes and then the poker affiliate is not any better I stick to other sites these days

Its a matter of what the 5 cards on the board were, thats all. Try not to clutter the thread with bad beats, "scams", rigged software for their players, my AA lost to 35o etc etc... just important information.

OP why did you not save a hand history? Do you atleast remember what the cards were besides what you were both holding? There is usually a summary after the hand happens in the chat box saying what the winning player had. What did it say he had? Or does BM not have this?

You think that your questions were so tough that he broke under pressure, admitting he actually works for Bookmaker and ruins their millions/billions of dollars they make just because you asked him if he works there?

Maybe you missed read the board and don't know the rules well. Here is an example of my game, that I didn't know the rules very well. I had A4 the other person had 46. The whole board was 235 4 8. Now i had a feel the other person a 6, but I thought the A was the better and higher hand for a straight. I then lost and was like what the ****. I asked a bunch of people who knows poker and they all said the 6 was better.

All this time I thought the Ace was better because if you have 10JQK and A will win it not a 9. So I thought I was robbed because the value of the Ace and not knowing the rules 100%. So maybe you thought you won but don't know the rules 100%. You can check you hand history by click on the software and check your hand history. There is a button and it's install on your computer the hand history.

im not an idot i know i won and have yet to get my hand history after repeated attempts, then yesterday I couldnt even have access to my money because the poker site was down, im losing my confidence in what I still consider a good site but i just want my hand history , seems like a fair request its like pulling teeth

6 days later no hand history, no speaking with a manager, and now my bet points have not been credited as well, Read Bookmaker ripoff thread for an up to date history of a book who has no regard for their players or affiliates. I have sent multiple e-mails and have not recieved a response, and I waited on chat today for almost an hour just to be told there was no manager I could speak with. They are conning others im sure aas well so lets all speak up if u have had an issue with the book and get them down graded. I just have a feeling their A+ rating might be due to an economic decision by SBR and not the TRUTH

easily requested from the casino huh fizz, the same casino u told me to contact via chat that has been giving me the run around for 4 days now. with an hour wait on their chat and no response. Or the casino that I finally called and has not had a manager the last 4 days either,or the one that has robbed me of my bet points, or the one that wont pay me for the people i had sign up with their site...> bookmaker makes no attempt to respond to my 4 sent e-mails as well saying they did not recieve the first two, and ignore the third after i kept the guy on the phone till he recieved it, so that being said, go shill for a credible site and stay out of my posts, u do not help me in any way so no response is needed,
