I think this says it all... No matter how good of a company you are, you will always have people that will have an issue with you in some form or fashion... Maybe the FedEx payment took longer than expected, maybe the software glitched for second and your play didn't go through, maybe the processor screwed up, maybe a hurricane hit the island of your book and they were closed, whatever the reason, no matter how much you try to help the customer out they will still blame you and demand above and beyond even a simple refund of the issue. So, if nearly the entire customer base say you are doing a great job, then that should let you know the reputation of your company, but like Durito said, there will always, always be that idiot or two....Originally posted by duritoComment -

when I bet there (say 1-7 years ago) I liked them very much. The wagers was accepted immiadetely. Lately its been worse IMO.
If I try to wager today it go threw their server and a time-delay for my account about 30secunds comes.(I dont remember exactly)
its lot of changes going on with their accounting. And olympic sports(their sister -company) For example. I bet their for many years without problems. Then suddenly they want my ID-docu. (That I already send them long time ago) Nothing strange really. Just send it again, but I dont like that.
Another thing with olympic sports. They cancelled one bet for me(without reason) I told this forum before. They called me a lier. (But I dont lie) believe OLY or believe me. Its up to you.
I dont bet with OLY or Jam anymore. I also have a cencellation with 5 dimes but in this case the cancellation was ok. because 1 team was wrong spelled so I take that cancell as good.

My bets go straight through as of now and they have never cancelled any of my wagers, but only time will tell. I hate the whole documents sending thing because I only get payed out via ** or ** there really is no need for them to have my documents but that's part of the game. Thanks for the info. DIF, i respect your opinion but The Greek and Betjamaica are two of the absolute best!!! Money there is as good as money in a bank. Payouts are lightning quick. I'm not in this for bonuses, but either way, reliability and reputation are way more important.Comment -

Very few make an effort to say when things are going well as expected. It's normal for people to give feedback when they are unhappy and the top books are rightfully held to a very high standard. Couple that with SBR being where people learned about the top books and we end up with one-stop quality control. those two are at the absolute top of this industry. don't like it when posters talk bad about A+ books. maybe because they lost a few bets? i hold stock in what posters say but when they talk nonsense like "the greek and jamaica are bad books" it discredits every post.
And I have no affiliation with either book. It's just that I would trust my rent money with them. And i do, hahaComment
