It's happened a few times where you type in the amount and confirm and it says "wrong bet/win ratio" or something. Has something to do with decimal places for risk/wins on certain lines.

If you truly did received a confirmation, which you probably didn't, the bet will stand.

WSEX don't have ticket numbers .... not sure why they don't, but they don't ... the closest you can get to a ticket number is the time stamp of the bet.

What does it say when you check "Straight Wagers" / "Today" (under the 'Reports' menu) ? Does it say the bet was rejected, or is there no record at all of even attempting to make the bet ?

No record of the bet at all. The site has worked flawless so I am really guessing it was me (which is a lot more likely). Unless you take screenshots though I don't know how you could argue if they did delete it.

I had a play there the other day where I hit submit and the screen froze during my one minute delay.

After 5 minutes I brought the page back up, re-logged in, checked straight report and nothing was there.

I re-bet it, checked straight report and both were there.

I decided to keep it instead of asking what happened.

Of course it lost.

Similar thing happened to me recently. I hit submit, was waiting during my delay, and I got the "wrong line specified" message. So I assumed they had moved the line and my bet didn't go through, but it was actually accepted.
