The book is unibet.. i keep sending emails asking y it was blocked and did not get an answer.

i sent emails and nothing is moving...i cant call them because i live in egypt and if i could a 5 minute call will most probably cost me what i already have in my account! International calls here are REALLY expensive
They should reply to the emails and get things moving or keep their live chat actually "live"

Oh yeah! that would really be expensive for you to call. Why not ask them for alternative contact options? Like SKYPE? MSN Live Messenger? even Yahoo! Messenger? If their Live Chat is always off line when you try to check in, why not try it in a different time.. ? Just maybe they use a different timezone and their Live Chat isn't 24/7. Then keep on sending e-mails.

By the way, didn't you receive any notification as to why your account has been blocked? Usually if it is blocked due to Fraud, they should inform you. Otherwise, if it is security reasons like somebody tried to access your account with wron password it could be blocked as well. Sort things out and you will find out the reason behing this.

I filed a complaint
i tried the live chat in different times and still they are offline!
i didnt receive any notification to why my account is blocked..thats whats sad!
i had this account for almost a year now and suddenly they blocked

Why dun you try different sportbooks as this sportsbook giving you this problem now, if I were you, i will for get about this sportsbook and go for a better one provided there is no more fund in your account, my advise is, try the asia bookie.. is better..

How would he let go of this book if he has money in it? Or you have not read his other posts?

Anyway, zik, you have mentioned you deposited more than you usually do, maybe your account is being investigated for money laundering? it is really hard to justify what your bookie did. I hope you can get an answer from them, soon.
