you wager payout complaint

wow i just found out what the problem is . my fiancee deposited 200 into an account with them about 4 months ago via a prepaid **** card and they need her to send in the documentation of that even though its a totally different account. Since it was a prepaid **** card she no longer even has it. bs

I emailed them and told them that she can send her id in but there is no way to send the **** card documents in as it was a prepaid card and she threw it away. I told them that they could take the 200 or however much her deposit was out of my account if though thats like she paid them twice. Im just trying to make a damn payout

youwager makes people jump through hoops, cold calls all the time, and are not great customer service and that is why I found better options such as betjamaica

No problem, nothing worse then sitting at work and my phone rings and I think it must be important so I answer and some guy just keeps talking about dam bonus options and deposit methods and I'm afraid to hang up thinking they may mess with my account but I can't really answer his questions without every one around me knowing I am a gambler it blows

That's total bs if it's the truth. Why would they need documents from a prepaid credit card. The company get's there money right away with a prepaid credit card. Prepaid credit cards are just as good or better than ** and ** that's the only reason why I use them. Another book added to my personal blacklist.

unfortunately a lot of books require the prepaid card be sent in via fax now I don't understand it but it is definitley an inconvenience

Wow i cant believe this! I emailed management and told them the story and they emailed me back and accused ME of being the person to open my fiancee's account and called me a liar! All because she wagered on UC ( we both live in cincinnati) and her password has something to do with uc in it. "on top of that please don’t say your fiancée opened the account to try her luck because that’s not true either you opened her account yourself (you wagered on the UCincinnatti team with her account & on password you used part of your username with SBR)"

I will let you guys know if we work something out but for now I would stay away and I will make sure every forum knows it because im getting treated like crap

Did you bet on this game from your account for the max or something? All books are always very very cautious about female gamblers because they are just so rare but the reason people make extra accounts in a wifes name is to get higher bet limits or extra bonuses..... she lost and they took her money now your betting and want a payout from your account they need to honor that however chances are they won't without sbr intervention good luck and sign up at betjam fastest payouts in the industry with the lease hassels bro

does anyone have anyclue how I can get ******** card statements? Youwager owes me $2497 and they are making me provide my ******** statements for like 9 months and you can only see 60 days online. I called but it got no where. anyone got any suggestions?
