Have you been in contact with Sportsbook.com regarding this yet? Unfortunately we have multiple reports received at SBR about these processing issues. Anyone requiring assistance are urged to submit complaint forms.

My friend has called them numerous times and has gotten nowhere. He was told by sportsbook.coms customer service manager that about 5 others reported issues today as well.

I would go ahead and suggest that he fill out the SBR sportsbook complaint form as well.

They will pay

No new news on the processing issues or bad checks - plain and simple they suck. However, I will say this..I have cased out numerous times and even though they bounced checks they will pay. In fact, if you have more than 5K in your account you can request a bank wire and it will be good. I wont use them again but at least I got paid. Good luck.

Posted about my issues with them before, but as an update, I received a check (after six weeks), it was looking like it was cleared, and then was put on a Hold. I talked to the bank and they said they were clearing the funds, so no worries. Then I get a letter today from the bank saying that "Due to confidential information suggesting that the amount of the check would not be paid" it was being held. My second check, arriving a few days later has also been deposited and is currently cleared, but I'm not confident of it staying that way.

Wow! this is quite alrming. it seems a lot of our bro's were having same problem with them. Just be careful next time in choosing what books u're going to put ur monies! Good luck! Hope u could get it though..

Does anyone know if sportsbook.com let you do bank wire withdrawals for 5,000 or more? And if someone has done it what are the procedures to getting a withdrawal by bank wire?

According to Shane PGA they do, wow man, good luck with your check. Do you by any chance have another sportsbook account that you have confidence on their payouts? What about requesting a stop payment to your check, and then transferring your funds to another book?

claimed they could see that there weren't funds to cover this.

I have received checks from three different processors used by Sportsbook over the past several weeks. This check I tried to deposit today was a new processor. The checks from the other two places went through with no problems.

Anyone else having this issue? I don't know how to get my money at this point.

Broughton,

Ask your bank to write void or NSF on the check itself, and send a copy back to the sportsbook.

After doing that and hearing back, you can submit a sportsbook complaint form so that we have your information on file when we receive account updates.

There are so many players in a similar situation right now, that it can be quite unsettling playing the waiting game and hearing some of the same excuses from this family of books.

this is totally UNTRUE. I have been paid for years and WHY WHY do you guys keep trying to get paid with checks? USE MY WALLET and you will be paid in hours not days!!!!!

I have been waiting for a measly $150.00 since December 29, 2008! They said 4-8 weeks and that date has come and gone. They SUCK and SWALLOW!

look i'm not a shill i've been through this with sportsbook.com and sportbetting.com for a long time. I know the game I'm trying to help. Never request a check from sportsbook.com if you use the method of USE MY WALLET you will be paid quickly. in less then a day last week for me. I had bounced checks waiting for checks for months in the past from sportsbook. Waiting for 3 weeks for use my wallet in september as well. TODAY I promise everyone that you will be paid quickly with use my wallet. NEVER EVER REQUEST a check from them. I take them money from use my wallet and put it in my carib account and then get checks from carib. I'm just trying to help. Sportsbetting.com is also paying quickly with wires and checks take a couple of weeks!! I'm just another gambler trying to help those get paid quickly from my personal experience. 5dimes and bookmaker take longer in the US then does sportsbook.com (oh and sportsbook.com has the best lines in the WORLD)

You're not helping. Really. The people who frequent this forum already know to never request a check from sportsbook.com. Do you think I would have even deposited there in the first place if I'd been participating on this forum back at the turn of the new year?

I already explained in the other thread why *** is not a good option for me. Apparently you have comprehension problems.

Maybe you like sportsbook.com and that's fine... keep playing there. If it works for you, go ahead and keep using them. It's simply not worth it to most other people when there are better alternatives available.

They don't have the absolute best. And they do have a willingness to steal from anyone who thinks outside of the box. They also pay really slowly in the US/CA. Add in terrible CS and they're an abortion. But they keep paying me money, so I keep going back to the well. It is a really simple process.

People just like to engage in generalizations and hyperbole. Justin saying "They will steal" is asinine.

GOOD NEWS: I finally got by debit card withdrawal from sportsbokk.com!!!

BAD NEWS: Therer was NO MONEY ON THE CARD! That is supposed to take a few more days. Hell, it's already been almost 3 months!

I've been looking for a new book. But like cinpls said, sportsbooks line is better than anything I have found ESPECIALLY on Friday Parlay bets! Pick 12 teams and your odds are 3066 to 1!

Just don't look forward to getting paid anytime soon!!! LOL

This is just not true. THey pay withing 24 hours with use my wallet. Checks are an issue but not a problem with ***.

There c/s is horrible but honestly if you get set up with *** you will be fine. Also if you plan on taking your money out with a check DON'T BOTHER with this place.

I have never had an issue going back to 01. NEVER hundreds of withdrawals. there c/s is terrible don't waste your time. sign up for *** and be done with it.

All you have to do is speak to C.S. they will set you up. You could also get set up from Carib and then link your use-my-wallet acct.

I don't think it's a problem if you play 300-500 a game.
