I had deposit 500 usd in Gamblers Palace and it has been given to me the 250 usd of bonus but i had never really bet the bonus ( my account balance was never less the 750 usd ) , i have made some bets and then when I was with 987,5 usd ( 500 + 237(of the wiinings) + 250 of the bonus ) , I request the Withdrawl of 737 that was the money that i should receive frofeting the bonus, but after my complainings and a lot of waiting when i receveive the money i only get 600 usd ( 500 + half of the winnings ) and they are telling me that "when bonus funds are forfeitted winnings attached to that bonus are forfeitted as well " but they do not have nothing about it on T&C ,i think i have the right to receive the winnings because i had Risk my money and not the bonus. They pay me only 50% of the winnings because they said that the bonus was there to but the % of the bonus os not even 50% of the balance but 33%. They just create rulles when they want.
There are missing 120 usd of payout.
In T&C there is nothing telling that the client have to forfeite 50% of the winings too, so they are trying to just not pay.
