Which "A" books accept deposits from major banks?

I know that for Betjam, they don't accept deposits if its from a major bank (like through a debit/credit card). And this seems to be more and more common.

But i'm wondering if any of the other "A" books accept deposits that way? (i think 5 dimes doesn't)
