Skytower - problem with payout

Hello,

I have an account in skytowerrsportsbook and I have already finished my rollover. Then I request a payout via Netteler and I thought that everything is OK.
After couple of days I asked someone ( Sylvia ) how long I need to wait for my payout.
Then she told me that I have to wait couple of days for my....CHECK!
I told her that I'm not interested in getting a check and I want my money via Neteller or Moneybookers.
She told me that they have problems with Neteller anb Moneybookers accounts and they can't make payouts using this methods.
Their account are frozen or something like this....

First off, Welcome to the SBR forum

I don't know if it's a matter of being a frozen MB or NT account, however I would venture to guess it's a lack of funds in their merchant account at this time. Most books that cater to U.S. players stopped keeping those accounts fully funded because of the port act bill that passed in 2006. If you need some assistance with this matter you are always welcome to fill out a complaint form and one of us will contact them on your behalf.

If I don't get any solution I will fill out complaint form.
I have there about 1050$ and for me it is more then two month salaries.
