Whenever making a deposit request (prepaid debit) with BetJamaica I would go to online support and give account# along with card info. Done it at least a dozen times. Today the rep asks me for my password. I said that I've never been asked that before and she refused to process deposit without it. I declined and came back a couple hours later and had no problem making deposit without password. Does anyone think this was odd?
