5dimes dont accept book to book transfers
Im really disappointed. on another A graded company. 5 dimes.

I was waiting for a book to book transfer for 2500$(it was accepted on the LIVE chat 3-4hours earlier)

I asked them lot of times.(they always told me I need 1time roll over for book to book transfers then it should be no problem).( I rolled it over +10 here)

at least 3- times Im make book to book transfers counted for 2008. without any problem.

1 problem seems I tried a moneybookers-withrawal about 10 days ago(it was open as option but my deposit was neteller) They cancelled that moneybookers-withrawal and told me I need to do it neteller or book to book transfer.

Lilly: Hello. How may I assist you today?
    XX: hi
XX: Im still waiting for the book to book transfer to matchbook.com for 2500$
    XX: I was told 2hours
Lilly: What is your account number and password?
    XX: XX
    XX: XX
Lilly: Thank you, one moment please.
Lilly: Unfortunately your transfer was not granted as you can only get paid via Neteller.
XX: I was told it was fine
XX: Well sorry for that but you can not.
XX: and I made book to book transfers many times
XX: tell me just why this now?
    XX: Im confused
XX: you tell me 1 thing and then just NO
XX: Im been using book to book transfer and met your roll over for that
Lilly: It was an error, and I am telling you the reason Sir, as you deposit with Neteller, you can only get paid via Neteller.
XX: I can contact Sportbooksreview ask them whats going on with this A+ book.
XX: I have done nothing wrong
Lilly: I am not saying that, I already told you twice the reason why
XX: you told me no reason
Lilly: And I do not saw transfers under this account for a wile.
XX: and then he should have told me in the first place
Lilly: As you deposit with Neteller, you can only get paid via Neteller.
    XX: thats a lie
    XX: I transfers many times
Lilly: And transfers are consider a withdraw.
    XX: book to book transfers
Lilly: Do you have more that one account?
XX: and also was told about a week ago and was told it was no problem
XX: I have only 1 account
Lilly: Cus under your account there is not a single transfer since July
XX: and always have only 1 account(for many years)
Lilly: Is there anything else I can help you with?

If you're still able to use NETeller, what's the big deal? Withdraw via NETeller and ship it to MB that way.

While I can sympathize with your situation. I can tell you that 5Dimes has had this rule in place for many of years, so complaining doesn't justify the acceptation IMO, sir.

You can't transfer from 5dimes to matchbook? I always could back then.

Yes you can still transfer to matchbook from 5dimes. In this case, it's clear that the OP deposited via Neteller and therefore must withdraw via Neteller. He's arguing that since he did it before then he can do it again. My guess would be that since his last book to book back in July, he has deposited via Neteller and therefore must withdraw that amount back before they will allow a B2B. He just isn't willing to listen to them.

In a case like this I feel that the title of the thread should be changed, to prevent people from using this forum to get back at a book without good reason.

Tony is fair. Read the interview with him here:

I always deposit with neteller , it never been a problem with my book to book transfer.

                    Then my question.

                    why this change?

                    I really dont know.

5dimes. If you read this. Then please reply because I like your company a lot and really want to stay.

Most likely the reason for this change is that when you were able to do Book to Book transfers before, you didn't have any outstanding Neteller deposits to be refunded to Neteller. Once every dollar you have deposited via Neteller is refunded that way, then you can use whatever withdrawal method you want after that. In your case, it seems pretty clear that since your last book to book, you've deposited a certain amount back into 5Dimes via Neteller and until you withdraw that same amount back to Neteller you won't be able to do B2B. Once you withdraw that same amount back to Neteller, then book to book becomes an option for you again. If by some chance you were able to do a B2B with a Neteller deposit still outstanding, then it was by mistake on their part to allow you to do a B2B transfer. And they are correcting that mistake now. This just isn't a 5dimes policy, it is this way with virtually every book in existence.

I agree, the title should definitely be changed.
