5dimes complaint advice needed please help!

Hi all,

Over a month ago, I requested a money order via regular mail, and I never received it. I called them to let them know, and they told me that they sent it and it was cashed. However, I didn't cash it. Apparently, either their paying agent or someone from the postal service stole it and cashed it. 5dimes is unwilling to help me track it down. Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone have any recommendations? Thanks!

I can't say I've heard of anything of this nature on the forums in regards to regular mail money orders, sir. Surely it can be traced back by 5Dimes though.

I know they can track it, but they're being uncooperative. They keep telling me to call back to speak with different people, and each person claims that they can't do anything to help because "they already did their part by mailing it out". They are unwilling to research it, and they won't give me any information regarding the actual money order that was mailed to me (the number or where it was cashed). Any idea on how I could get this information on my own? Also, do you have any idea about how I could contact their paying agent?
