I registered at Jetbull and deposited more than 100 euro but they gave me only 88 in bonus, I was promised 100.
Well, I fulfilled my bonus wagering and asked for a payout.
They promise within 48 hours and if not u should contact customer support. But customer support says that even though they can contact the one responsible it doesent help!
Anyway I have been waiting for over five days now. I also complained at Moneybookers and they said they have never had any issues with this merchant before? Ignorant or lyiing that is the question!

I can't say I am surprised by the slow pay type situation you are in at [SBRFORUM]Jetbull[/SBRFORUM], however in their defense it does appear that you made the request over the weekend. Also, I have read other posters say it sometimes takes up to as many as 7 days before receiving their funds.
On a side note: Their customer service is really bad in regards to answering emails.Comment -

To get my money took three working days and five ordinary days.

I am uncertain if everyone will get paid or not. Backlog of payouts was their reasoning at that time. They did pay a trio of players for us then, but now I have not heard any news from players who have wrote notifying us of being paid. If they will not communicate with us, then there is little we can do other than to try and deter new players from signing up with them.Comment -

altough a lot of euro-bettors worry if the money is not in their account within 48 hours, it would seem to me you should only really start to worry after two weeks. i know these kind of delays are annoying, and if you can't handle them you shouldn't play at this shop, but there's no(t yet) need for any panic.Comment -

People who are not US-based generally do not like to bet US Sports, so those shops you just recommended are not interesting for the average non-US bettor at all. In fact, non US-bettors can do a hell of a lot better then the placed you just mentioned (Matchbook???? Anyone able to play at Betfair will agree the latter is lightyears ahead). Before spreading around your unwanted advice, perhaps first try to think about who you are telling it too, it might comes as a surprise (and the SBR-ratings don't help either) but a lot of bettors around the world are in fact NOT US-based and NOT bound by retarded US gambling laws.Comment -

Betfair: 5% on winnings (down to 4%ish for heavy betters). If you make a profit, prepare to get hammered for thousands in premium charges too.
Matchbook: 1% volume, lower of risk/win. Or no commission at all, with 0.2% cashback, if you offer.
Betfair is useless now if you're profitable, because their ultra greedy commission levels mean they never have the best price on the market. Yes, matchbook doesn't have the liquidity, but for markets where it does it offers better prices after commission than betfair.Comment -

About the premium charge, which is ofcourse a retarded rule: it's a heavy overstatement every winning bettor will have to pay the charge, i'm dead against it, but it's not that bad as you're picturing it.

#21Having Recived my first payment from them a week ago, I am still waiting for a further three payments from them. They lied and gave me some story about having sent an email to me on the 20/03/09 requesting front and back copies of my credit card, but I definitely never got an email from them stating this and Im sure there are just stalling.Comment -
