I can understand the 5 Days for clearing the funds for U.S. players. It's not like the Neteller that everyone was so use too.

Te thing is it has been 5 days just not business days and I spoke to E-wallet Exress and they tell me that the book has the funds already and there should be no reason for them to hold your funds

I hate that happened to you fed, but there are several post on this forum that basically say that Bookmaker is not an A+ book. If you get your money just dont deal with them anymore. What else can you do? It's obviously going to take a big scandal for them to be downgraded.

They will never get downgraded here because although this site is the most reputable of them all sill for whatever reason they have a soft spot of certain books and bookmaker/cris is one of them even though their 7-10 day wait for payouts is absolutely a play for you to lose your money. I mean seriously why should Money Gram or Western Union take 7-10 days when every good book has it ready the same day. And what about their interbook transfer to Matchbook cost $200 are you kidding me and still for whatever reason this book is graded an A+ . Only In bizarro world should this book be rated this high

from bookmakers site: Customers who have deposited through E-Wallet Express must wait 5 days prior to a payout also, to ensure that all deposits have cleared.

ye 5 days does not say 5 business days and besides the 5 day hold is hogwash because E=Wallet tells me they should have no later than 24-48 hours in their account. like with 5dimes they have no wait you can withdraw instantly with no holding time but Bookmaker is just shady when it comes to this along with their bs 7-10 days for money gram or western union when everyone else is like no more than 1 day

I will never play at a book that says 7-10 days for payouts. There is no reason for ** or ** to take anymore than 1 day IMO.

Books are graded on a curve and Bookmaker is just about the best. It is easy to criticize a rating but if you have someone you think is better, start a thread saying how they are the best and watch yourself get torn to shreds by your fellow posters.

Everyone bitches about everything. Every book is full of flaws these days.

Bookmaker has been doing a great job for years. They take a decent sized bet, they payout, they have nice promotions, they (CRIS) bailed a bunch of players out in the BETonSPORTS mess, they have sponsored big contests here.

They are one of the good guys of the industry.
