BETUS Payout waiting...

Here is my experience with BetUS as of right now. I'm a big boxing fan and I got hyped for the Pacquiao Vs Delahoya fight. There was review on the fight and promoting BetUS. I joined 11/27/08 deposited $500 on BetUS got the $125 bonus, I have to roll over 3x before I can widraw (Wager $1875) I been lucky and got over $2300 now. I also have wagered over $2500+,commitment met on the rollover. Overall I have wagered online and couple of times over the phone and customer service has been good.

Requesting for a payout 12/29/08
1. called at 1:00PM sent them what they wanted. driver lisence and cc info.
2. 3:00PM "oh your copy of your license is not very clear please sign on the side of it and resend". Ok np I refaxed.
3. 4:00pm "oh still not a clear copy please send again but your copy of cc is fine". wow ok i fax again.
4. 5:00 "copy still bad but he suggest to send a digital copy". OK np I will put it on scanner when I get home sent at 6:00 PM.
5. 8:11 PM talked to Miller and my payout is on process. But it won't be sent out till Jan 5-6 due to Holidays.

When I requested they told me it would be after Jan5-6 because of the Holidays. I just check and the status its on - (Ready To Pay instead of Waiting Supervisor Authorization) did u also request a payout from them?

The closing down of the payout department over the holidays is normal for BetUS. Usually they don't resume payouts until all the bowl games are over. Please keep us posted on your situation sir.

Hi mikubo23, I did not request a payment from them, but a good friend has also an account and will do soon a payout.
And tell me did they limit your account in somehow? right now my problem is to find a bookie that doesnt limit my account even if every month I win big numbers.

BETUS Payout Still Waiting

So I request a payout and after the holiday season finally passes BETUS sends me a check via FedEx on January 5th. First attempt was unsuccessful since I was not home. I tell them to leave the check here and according to FedEx they delivered it but I have no check at my front door. I call betus and they tell me that they cannot find anything out because there was an earthquake in Costa Rica. They do not have a tracking number even though they were the ones who sent the check. I get on live chat and the person gives me the same story and tells me it can take up to 60 days to cancel the old check and re-issue. This is ridiculous for I have already been waiting a month to get the check. I have no idea what to do now. I guess it was FedEx's fault but BetUs doesn't really seem to care.

Hi Guys update on my payout request.
-12/29 requested payout
-1/8 the money is taken out of my account. Yes i hope it gets here nextweek.
Now will they send me a tracking# or I have to make a request?

Good news guys. I got the check yesterday for 2dimes Monday 1/12 and and its cleared. It shows on the fedex envelop that it was sent out on 1/9. So hopefully you guys that are worried a little bit this helps you out. GL
