BET CRIS made a mistake to their clients by scratching the betting favourite in a race on December 23 at yonkers which actually started, they say that this error was linked to their system alone meaning that the pool was not by no means upset.
This is the email that I got today and I would like all horse punters to review what is noted.
Because we are not part of any pari-mutuel pool we make no claim or guarantee that any of our entries or wagering information is correct. We employ an outside service provider who furnishes us with entries, results off times, payouts etc

Perhaps I am asking to much as a punter for my service to guarantee me who is in the race when I make a bet, but in the year 2008 you would think the one guarantee a horse punter has is who is in the race..........
Just a tad shocked, but from what I see with outher complaints there are many companies like BET CRIS.
I know they lost me as a client and I hope others evalute Mr. Banks words._______________
