WSEX ACH Deposit

First off, Welcome to the SBR forum

This happens from time to time with many of books unfortunately. I would give it a few more days and inquire back to them in order to check the status. They might ask you to fax the paperwork in order to prove things checkout ok.

Hmm That is unusual. Because I know it usually takes most banks 10 days for it to show. But that is a very long time, over a month and half now.

Wow, interesting. I was wondering if it was something that my bank was somehow blocking but maybe it is just taking them a long time to process these e-checks. Almost wonder why WSEX offers this deposit method if it takes this long to process. I know I'm getting frustrated.

yep.it is frustrating,i do not know what is going on,plenty of money in my account to cover so i know that is not the problem,i have also read on other forums that it has taken 4-6 weeks for the money to come out of the bank,anyway,good luck

Michael,

Thanks for sharing your experience. If you wouldn't mind letting me know when your deposit finally clears your bank account, I'd appreciate it. I'd be nice to get some reassurance that these e-checks are eventually going through for others.

You can add one more to this situation at WSEX.

I made a dinky deposit on Dec. 6th which still hasn't hit my bank........

Fyi, you should call WSEX and ask for the CC dept to make them aware of your situation.

Yeah, I have called their CC department & their explanation was it is taking longer than normal to clear because of high transaction volume, but that it should go through eventually. What was their story to you?

I made a deposit using mypaycall on 12/22, and it just showed up as a debit in my checking account online today, 12/29.

WSEX still says it hasn't cleared, but I will update you on when it does.

Wow, thats unreal. For some reason, non-sports book related ACH transfers take 2-3 business days max. Wonder why this would be such a drawn out affair for some book deposits.

I don't know if I buy "high transaction volume" as a valid reason. Electronically they just shouldn't take that long. Maybe they just don't have that many people to actually input the data and you have to get in line before you even get processed.

Something is not right at Wsex.com. I keep reading complaint after complaint.

I have used my credit card to deposit there 2 times this month and both times they get there payment then hold the same amount. First time it took 7 days for the hold to be credited back to my credit card.

This 2nd time it has been 20 days and they are still holding the same amount that i deposited on my credit card.

Since then i have deposited at Carib and Bet Jamaica and they have both went through with no hold.

I sent them my credit card statement at there request so hopefully they can get this fixed asap.

Wsex is a good book no doubt but I will never use my credit card with them again.

Wsex i have faxed copies of my credit card statement 3 times now. The first two lost by your accounting department( according to them so i faxed another one the next day). All I need is for you to release the hold on my credit card.

I made a deposit 12/10/08 you received your payment but still hold the same amount as pending 22 days later.

All I'm asking is if you will release the hold you have on my credit card, I will never ask anything of your sportsbook again.

Nyla knows about the situation. I know your a good sportsbook but this is getting ridiculous.

Wow, I just noticed that my account is still not updated with my ACH deposit that I put in 3 weeks ago. This is absurd.

I gave up on them I did an ach on Nov.18th and its still hasn't hit my account and if it does anytime soon it will be to late... Over 2 months is just bad...
