    GamblersPalace still in business?
I requested a payout by check from them over two months ago. They have a ridiculous 60 day wait on checks, but it has been close to 3, so I tried calling them this morning. No answer at the CS or Betting numbers posted on their website. These guys still in business or did I get bamboozled?

GamblersPalace is still in business sir. If it's been going on for 3 months you might want to fill out a complaint form and one of us will inquire to them on your behalf.

Gamblers Palace has been dicking around on payouts for quite awhile. There are a few threads you could search up if you were so inclined.

I don't think anyone has gotten STIFFed but they delay and try to split up payouts so they can get into your pocket for an extra 25 bucks on fees.

      That sort of thing.

Having said all that, your situation is kind of off the charts. I personally received a cheque from them a couple months back. It took like 3 days.

It does help to pester them. Shouldn't be necessary but it seems to be.

Got through to CS. They tell me that they sent my payment via MoneyGram back in October. I requested it via Check, and the below e-mail from them confirms this.

        Dear [Bullajami],
This email confirms our receipt of your payout request via Check for the amount of 700 USD at ace ltd for your Account ID GPXXXXX.
You can cancel payout requests before they are authorized for processing, by logging into your account and accessing the cashier/banking center or by contacting Customer Services.

We thank you for your continued business and are always available if you should have any questions.

I was told that I received e-mail notification that the payment was sent via MoneyGram, and also that there "is a note in my account". I can't find any note or e-mail (and as you can see from the above, I have all of my e-mails from that time.)

He gave me the ** info over the phone, but has already told me that it will not be possible to pick it up if its been over 30 business days (and it has).

This is not looking like a very solid operation. Fortunately its not a large sum of money or I'd be pissed. I may still file a complaint anyways.

Funny. When I got a cheque from them it was actually supposed to be a Moneybookers.

I had a courier turn up at my door out of the blue with a cheque. It was basically unmarked and took me a bit to figure out where the heck it was from. It was an odd amount I didn't recognize (because GP had helped themselves to some more unwarranted fees.)

Don't get me started. Suffice to say, they (and, to a lesser extent, related book Sportbet) are going downhill, particularly in the area of payouts.

Alls well that ends well, I guess. MoneyGram came through, and I was able to pick up the cashout, minus some unfortunately high fees, of course.

If they had effectively communicated their cashout process to me back in October it would have saved a lot of bad feelings. Or, perhaps, they don't want me to come back.
