    bet365 bet -settled correctly?
2 days ago i've made a bet on a basketball game. The game was live.

In the end of 1st quarter, team A was winning 15-11.
In the 2nd quarter, team B scored 15-11 and so the match was levelled at 26 at the end of 2nd quarter.

I've placed a bet during the live action on team A to win 2nd quarter.
The bet was settled as a losing bet or should i say no additional money was available to bet after this bet was settled, but checking the details of bet settling in my account i get as result the word

    "none"

that refers to "which team won the 2nd quarter".

    The thing is this.
I know that team B won that quarter by 15-11, but isn't that what is written in my bet settling by bet365, it's "none".

So, if they say no team was winning at the end of 2nd quarter, then i think my bet should have been voided.

There were only 2 options in this particular market, team A winnning 2nd quarter, or team B winning 2nd quarter.
There were other additional bets available, one of them was the same thing but also with the tie option, so 3 different odds.

My odds were clearly different from the 3 odds option.

in the end, they say that my bet is a losing one and was settled correctly, but if they don't change the outcome in my betting slip i can't accept that my bet is a losing one.

from the emails exchanged so far, no understanding from their part has been made although i have written in my main language (which is not english) and i think that probably i would get a proper answer if it was in english.

Can you help me with this?

Maybe you need to check the bet slip again. Usually they have None under E/W terms. But, more importantly, you have lost the bet. Let it go.

yes, they have, but don't that means that the bet should be void?

I know my bet it's a losing one, all i want is them to put the correct outcome on the betting slip, if it's "none" then i believe the bet should be voided and funds returned.

durito, will they really gonna limit me if i keep complaining?
That's weird, so they only want losers and people who don't complain there?

          ok, problem solved.

I thought that "none" was refering to the outcome of the bet, but they have it for all bets.

it depends where you are from. they have separate risk departments. if you are from the UK I think it takes a lot more to get limited.

if you are from anywhere else they seem to limit everyone without reason at all.. a few years ago they took US players, advertised at SBR and where an A recommended book... they limited everyone..
