don't know how bookmaker gets an A rating. there have nothing very good,lines are not real good,payouts are not real good,deposits and transfers are not real good. i was more than willing to pay the $200 fee for a transfer to another book. they remind me of the phone company. you think it's 19.95 a month. they say it's 19.95 a month. but when you add up all the nickels and dimes turns out to be twice as much. played there for less than 2 months. was on the phone a half dozen times for different reasons. told one thing from customer service only to be told something different from a supervisor. could not count on anything i was told. glad to be playing elsewhere.Comment -
It shouldn't be ****ing rocket science to 1) tell somebody they're no longer eligible for bonuses and 2) write the bonus rules you intend to enforce. 1) would solve all the problems with books that can't filter mass mailings and/or have idiot csrs who don't check the specific account. 2 stops nonsense like this. I did a quick check of the rules and they should be forced to honor this bonus,Comment -
Interbook transfers really aren't regarded as a true "deposit". Well, they are, but not in the same sense as all of the other methods. Personally I don't find it surprising, but I do agree they should make it more clear that interbook transfers don't apply. The only problem with doing that is that they don't like to publicize interbook transfers at all in the first place.Comment -
