Sportingbet didn't give me the bonus
    Hi,

I make my register in sportingbet, i bet 50€, but i lost them... when i talk with live agent to receive the freebet that i have right they said this "nfortunately we will not be able to offer you any promotions as all SportingBet offers are intended for recreational players and it is at our sole discretion to limit the eligibility of customers to participate in any promotion. Interactive Sports (CI) Limited has the right to cancel or withdraw this offer or change any of its terms at any time and without cause/notice. It also reserves the right not to allow certain account holders to be given a bonus."

You can explain this to me please? They win my money, and now, they won't give me the freebet that i have right... Can you help me on this please?

    THanks

Sportingbet almost always does this to people - offer a bonus, and "use its discretion" to not give it. We get these types of complaints all the time.

I'm sorry, but basically you're screwed. Sportingbet isn't any better than sportsbook.com these days.

I have voted for a downgrade, but mine is just one opinion.

If you complain to the regulator (Alderney Gambling Control Commission), they give in pretty quickly.

And your limits will then be cut to peanuts.

If they've decided you're a pro, you'll get limited anyway.....

Hello everyone! Strange to hear this about sportingbet.com, never heard that they refused to give a bonus, received their welcome bonus and few bonuses for the lost bet for Champions League. Friends of mine also have no remarks about this book.
                P.S. I'm from Latvia.

I was limited after a couple of losing bets on the horses ($15 and $75 bets). They gave me one free bet on joining up and then, after my first winning bet of about $15, they refused to give any more as per the terms of the bonus signup I was on.

On contacting the Alderney Gambling Commission with my story and username, I was given $135 in free money to use which equated to the remaining bonus money I should have been given.

I was still limited after my complaint but not to a worse extent, exactly the same. If they've marked your card anyway for whatever vague reason they may have, I would rather have some free money to bet with and then just go away.

Even after they tell you that you're unable to do the promotional offers, they continue to send account specific promotions to you. Very poor company IMO.

They decided the topic starter was a pro after his first bet.

I don't get their offers anymore, but i still like to play there.

Exactly :-) When they deny a bonus, it's because they've deemed you non recreational. Boyles do the same thing, sometimes after one or two bets.
