gamblerspalace.com PO refuses

Hi when I try to make a neteller payout at gamblerspalace.com it is at first canceled then after urging them via live chat they promise me to send it in next day second they tell me they can send me onli one half (600USD instead of 1200USD). When I asked them to send me the rest for my last 2 payouts they told me next week but nothing was sent. Then they told me they cannot process any neteller payouts because of some law case they are inwith neteller.

Today after almost two months they told me neteller is checking several accounts because of some bonus scams. It seems to me they try to make an exuse everytime I want to cash my winnings thats why I am afraid about my funds. I am not involved in any bonus restriction and I have only one accout at gamblerspalace.com.

Is there any way you could help me?? Thank you in advance Jan

GamblersPalace and sister book Sportbet have been going downhill lately. They have been very weaselly on payouts both in terms of being dishonest when they will send them, and also by splitting payouts so they can collect extra nickels and dimes in fees.

I doubt they will stiff you. They'll just delay and try to get in your pocket for an extra 25 bucks in fees here and there.

If they actually said Neteller is investigating bonus scams, that sounds like complete nonsense to me. Neteller has bonuses that can be scammed? And that affects a GP payout? I guess maybe but it sounds like crap to me.

You can probably just work it through on your own, but SBR could help. I'm sure someone will be along with the link for the complaint form.

First off, Welcome to the SBR forum

My first thoughts were that they probably didn't have their Neteller account funded at the time of the request. If that is indeed the case then no wonder the delay occurred.
