    Money disappeared in www.betclick.com
    Dear Sirs,

I had a problem yesterday with www.betclick.com and I have sent them the following Fax:

    Dear Sirs,

    ....
I asked for a withdrawal of 111,58 € on my betclick account.
Whenever I logged into my account, I could see a message, stating that I have a withdrawal of 111,58 €.
But unfortunately I never received the usual e-mail from betclick, confirming the withdrawal, even after writing several e-mails to support@betclick.com complaining about this.
So I clicked the cancel button, in order to ask again for a withdrawal of the above mentioned amount.

When pressing the cancel button, my PC shuts down (the power distribution went down due to the several heating machines which were turned on).

After connecting again my PC, I verify that the amount of 111,58 € which I cancelled, disappeared. And in my members area I can verify that this amount has been used in the casino, even though I didn’t give any order.

I have written today several e-mails to support@betclick.com (in total 4 e-mail messages), explaining this situation. I have asked betclick to explain what happen and to reset the situation to its initial state of the withdrawal of 111,58 €. Unfortunately support@betclick.com didn’t help me and from their answers I just come to the conclusion that my messages weren’t fully read.

Tomorrow morning a person from the Portuguese Electricity Company will come in order to make some modifications, and I said in one of my emails that the technician can write a letter, stating about the power cuts, which I can gladly send to you.

Hoping that you can put back the initial withdrawal operation of 111,58 € and that I won’t have to make any further steps regarding this matter.

    Best regards,
I afterwards made a phone call.
The lady on the phone said that if I want to make a complaint, I should use the e-mail support@betclick.com or Fax 0044 207 4852723.

    I already did both.
From the Fax I still didn't receive an answer and from support@betclick.com I received a message, saying that any electrical incident doesn't have any effect with the functionality of www.betclick.com.

So here I am stuck and don't know what to do next (I'm from Portugal).

    Jcab,

If they have a log showing your money was lost in the Casino, you have a very tough case. Did you share your password with anyone else?

i doubt whether the letter of an electrical company will help you. it's not matter of whether or not your power was cut, it's a matter of how your balance mysteriously ended up in the casino and was lost there. the power cut does not explain this.

this seems to be right. forget about the power cut, focus on how your money ended up somewhere else.
