Somewhat related... I'm on business day 8 waiting on a Bank Wire from them. Getting a little anxious about it due to the fact that my acct was closed because I beat them like a red headed stepchild. Apparently this is considered a mortal sin to Costa Ricans.Comment -
Technically these guys are Panamanian, but the rest of your post is valid. In the beginning, when they are trying to get you to send them big money--they are loving and responsive. Almost seem like "family". Then if you show any promise--you are the one treated like a redheaded stepchild. Customer service loses the ability to answer any question, "upper management" must be advised, silence to "why you got locked out", and then finally slow pay city so they can say to SBR--"we paid everyone"! In addition, they reserve the right to change any rules they want, whenever they want, to try to keep you from geting out with that bonus.
My advice with them is this: if you must play there, take the low juice with no bonus. Pound them like everyone else has and then when they are finished with your punishment--wait a couple of weeks for your money. At least you won't have to endure their changing math as it relates to rollover.Comment -
