Bet Phoenix Withdraw Help (Bankwire)

Hey guys, I'm trying to withdraw my winnings from Bet Phoenix that I won from one of the Thursday Night Football contests here. I've met the 3x rollover requirement and and gotten up to $114. I've never used this book before and it doesn't have a check option, the only thing I've used in the past. I live in the US so I can't use their netteller option, leaving a bankwire as my only option. I've never done this before, so I'm not really familiar with what it is or what I'd have to do. Any help/info would be appreciated. Thanks
