    Celticfcbet.com closes down
I got the following mail from celticfcbet.com (related to Betpoint / Nordic bet) Though I never made a bet with them, it's a reminder (at least to me) to be a bit careful about making multiple futures bets (and hedging positions) with different books.

    Dear Celtic-fan!

We unfortunately have to close down the site www.celticfcbet.com with immediate effect.

All customers with funds in their accounts will have these funds refunded to their bank account/credit card. You can request a payout from your account until December 15th 2008. After that you have to request payouts manually. In such case, please provide all necessary banking-information to support@celticfcbet.com, including your username, full name and contact details.

All bets not yet settled are as of today cancelled, and all funds are transferred back to your account.

We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause you, but will through our partner-site www.nordicbet.com continue to give you a fantastic offer on Celtic FC-matches! If you want to register an account with us there, please follow this link: http://www.nordicbet.com/en-us/register

If you have any questions regarding this, we ask you to contact us on support@celticfcbet.com before 31.12.08, and we will do our foremost to help you as soon as possible! Again we are deeply sorry for having to do this, but hope for your understanding!

    Yours sincerely

I had this email from them and had my bets cancelled. It looks like Nordic have pulled the plug with them. Ive never had a problem with them and they have paid me out in good time.
    Another bookmaker bites the dust.

I read about this earlier today sir. Also, their other sister site Triobet (Not Rated) will remain open.
