what bank do you use?

First off, I am from the U.S. and I got a call from commerce bank the other day tell me that I can't send money overseas to a gambling website.
I got around that problem by using a capital one credit card. I have a check coming from sportsbetting.com but i dont know if i should bring it into commerce.
Does anyone have any suggestions on banks or other methods?

Bring the check to any bank. The UIGEA only applies to outgoing transfers. I use a small bank that sends it's wire transfers through Bank of America. I once had a wire to WSEX returned to me (less $60 bank fees). Got some strange undeliverable message from the bank. Later I saw notice on wsex saying that they do not receive wires from B of A. So that's another bank to avoid.

Send in a Moneygram or western union most books cover the fees. I get bankwire Payouts to my Bank of America Acct all the time no problem but the book i use is smart. You can deposit the check, your bank may put a hold on it but they have no reason not to cash it.
