Problem with betOT

I'm new here. I have a problem with BetOT. They were generally praised and had good feedback on this board. I sent this complaint to SBR as well (on Nov 18) but didn't hear back just the autoreply acknowledgement???
Basically I have 3 problems, but all of them come from that Betot, err, doesn't really like to tell the truth...
-before I signed up: they told me max wagers would be up to $5000 and was dealt 10 c lines
-after signing up, I had problems depositing and they created a new account for me, this time with 20c lines and was told (by Alex) that only the first few hundred accounts get 10c lines and the manager (Frank) would contact me to fix it
-manager never got back to me, went on live chat was told by him (Frank) that all accounts are on 20c with the 50% bonus, was told they'd change my bonus plan to a lower percentage match and 10c if I told him my account #
-after I agreed and gave it to him, he told me it was not possible to change my bonus (well, just another lie ) because I must be a sharp player for asking questions and limited me to $500 bets even on the biggest games (NFL spreads on the day of the match, before me ever placing a bet)
-I asked for my deposit back what he refused
This is certainly not how a B-rated operation works??
At this point I did not win or lose anything (no wagers yet), but they were so dishonest it would be a nightmare to win there really so I'd like my money back paid full to moneybookers (deposit method), I think this is a legitimate request, what do you think??
Also I can provide my chat history with Frank, he was very aggressive to me, wonder if it is acceptable to post this without his permission (ethically I mean?)
