    Sportingbet withdrawal problem
    Code:
    Hello,

On the 18th of october i made withdrawal of 2500 euro.
But the money hasnt been transferred to my bankaccount.
I mailed sportingbet on the matter and the mailed me back
on 5 november with the following words :

"We would like to offer our gratitude for your patience in
this matter and can assure you we have requested a track
and trace on your funds and as soon as we receive any
information from our processor, we will email you again.
Please be assured this is a very rare occurrence with our
site and we hope to have this resolved for you as soon as
    possible"

I also spoke several times with them on live-chat and all
they could say me was the fact that the money was sent
and that i should contact them later if the money still
    hasnt arrived.

Is there any chance you could help with this matter as i
    am loosing my patience.
Above u can read the message i have wrote down on a complaint form (12th november).
On 13th of november i have received an answer from sbr :

I have emailed Sportingbet asking them to try to
find the missing money, and at a minium tell you a time
when they will reissue payment if they can't find the
funds. I am hoping this moves along your payout. I will
update you with any response they provide; please update
me if they contact you directly.

But since then nothing anymore. Can anybody tell me what happens next or if i have to do something?

Any help is welcome cuz i am waiting more than 1 month for my money...

Talked with them on live chat again. And the money should be on my account shortly. Their reasons for the long wait can be read underneath. Anybody know what this means?

xxx: yes you fullfiled your 30 requirement

xxx: because you can not wihtdraw money unless 30 days has passed

I think the last means you have to wait 30 days after your last withdrawel before you can/are able to make another withdrawel.

But I think sportingbet doesn't have that rule (or just added this to their rules and regulations) as I made a couple of withdrawels a month last months (and never experienced any problem though).

Good luck with this issue and I'm certain this will work out fine with the help of SBR.
