BetOnline being funny about NT payout
BetOnline (after closing my account for no given reason) are refusing to give me a payout via Neteller even though I'm in Europe and I deposited via that method. Their last message claimed that they're no longer able to do business with any European customers and are unable to pay out via NT due to processor issues. Can anyone confirm that this is true - it seems unlikely since these "issues" only arose once my account was closed.

They have been refusing Neteller payouts for quite sometime now.

    They also don't like Europeans.

It will be a pain in the ass to get your money, but you will get it. Good luck.

Bank wires appear to be your best option for Euro players to withdraw, however their fees are a bit outrageous if you don't qualify for the free withdraw offerings.

Welcome to BOL customer service. You probably thought they were an A book due to SBR's shill rating?

They still payout NT, but you are correct. They pick and choose who they want to do this with. These guys can't last much longer. Endless stream of screwups.

Nobody at SBR cares whether you get your money or not.

It doesn´t matter if 10 people complains here or not.

Betonline is an advertising book, so they remain an A Book.

          It´s only business

It´s very sad SBR turns in this direction.

I think that you are wrong about that.

Betonline always sends my money via NT or BW. It's true, I had some issues and delays with my payments but I've always received it.

BO isn't a bad sportbook, I think they have some troubles like severals sportbooks I know.

                ....and then, the alternative view:

I was being slowpaid $5k by IAS. After weeks of excuses, I complain to SBR. Money arrives in my ewallet the very next day.
