Bet Atlas payout issue
Last week i requested a 5K Neteller payout from BetAtlas ( they accepted a 5K request after i told them i would have post on forums, they cliamed to have a maximum of $2500 per week ). money were deducted from my account with the promise it would hit my account no late by Wednesday 12. On Wednesday evening i asked why the money didn't yet hit my Neteller account and they told me to ring accounting today but i told them i could not during the time frame they gave me so we agreed they would have sent me an email.
I also emailed them saying that if i would have not got any reply by 24 hours i would have post at forums. They didn't sent any email ( why i am not surrpise? ) plus now after contact them again the person sad he was not the one that chatted with me yesterday and he told me again to ring on Friday but i told him again i cannot during that time. When i asked why no reply on emails he sad i do not know. Can SBR help me?
