I genuinely hope you get paid, I don't like to see anybody get shafted by a book but the bottom line is, you need to learn not to be so mouthy because it's either going to cost you by losing your money to a crooked book or dental care when you say the wrong thing to the wrong person in real life.

I agree, maybe KOTD was dickish to the CS rep, but he was pissed about a fukk up on their end (and it seems they did fukk up).

It seems people give online books more leeway with these certain things.

Nobody here ever called up about a cell phone/cable bill and bitched at a CS rep there?

I think the point here is....... no one is disputing that 'King' has probably been subjected to an unfortunate error of some type. Going ballistic and calling the CS Reps names and telling them they were outta their mind without allowing them an opportunity to correct their error is not common decency. Mistakes are made, and trying to use the arrogant "You are all know-nothing jerk-off as*holes" approach without trying the "I believe there is a problem with my account, could you please review it with me" approach is going to lead to someone saying 'screw it -- we dont want this guy as a customer anyway', even if it is wrong.

See, I'm going to guess that 98% of people that come here not only find the Mods helpful and polite, but also most of the regular posters.

I believe you that their CS sucks because I have also had problems with these rude bastards, not to mention they cold called me yesterday again after I nicely asked them not to anymore!
You could have handled the conversation with CS manager a little better, you should have given her a chance to check the tapes to see what happened, instead of demanding an apology when she doesn't know for sure what happened!
