Their aren't too many books out there that offer this payment solution, however here are the ones I know of that do at this time:

ewalletespress is done at bookmaker, though they actually do have echecks

It is not when I log into my account, unless they just removed it for me we had a big argument I asked live chat if they refund the fees for xpress funds and they said yes and then did not do it. Then they said they are not taught the term xpress funds and thought I meant a money transfer.
