I really want to get into soccer. I think its exciting... however I hate how there can be 3 different outcomes for a game or "match" if you will.

if i am a fan and i paid to see a tie game I would feel like okay ... why the hell did i waste my time watching this game for 3 hours and now there is not even a winnner???? crazy
I heard they were thinking about doing away with the Tie games for the match play in the world cup,
has anyone heard about this?
