Where do you see the foul Baphomet? With which part of his body did Neill foul him?

Neill tackles the guy but never touches the ball he goes straight to the body.
When he's on the ground he allegedly pushes Grosso with his back.
If Neill had touched the ball it's different because he would have had control of it, but he didn't, he just tackled down poor Fabio. It's clear to me and to the referee.

Neill doesn't tackle the guy. He DOESN'T touch him. He tries to make a tackle, but finds himself on his butt on the ground.

The poor Italian then collapses over him, hooking his right foot in the right elbow of the defender.

You CAN'T PUSH somebody with your back while you are on the gorund.

Whether Neill had control of the ball or not is irrelevant in this case, the defender has every right to block the path of a dribbler with his body in the penalty area, not tackling the body, blocking his way.

The whole football world DOES NOT see a penalty there, so i guess you and the ref are the only one.
