Shrewd Northern Irish, not emotional. Learned the trade under Mourinho at Chelsea youth coaching and was amazing at Swansea, had them playing like Barca.

Daglish was playing like it was 1972 and Roy Hodgson is a joke.

Glory days will be back again.

prolly not ur fault but it gives the wanqers an excuse to come out and start wishing death on millions of people. let's face it - they don't need any encouragement.

          GL for the upcoming season.

Hope so. Kenny had us playing some decent stuff but the lack of finishing cost us, and him. Still a bit pissed that the Yanks didn't let Kenny sign Jelavic in Jan, when we were just 4 pts off Arsenal.

But yes, Rodgers seems to be a breath of fresh air. His interviews so far have been great and he's bringing in some old Anfield stuff back to the club, which hopefully also changes our luck.

His 1st signing in Borini seems to be a shrewd one too.

Yeah he seems to have direction as opposed to woy and kenny.

Andy Carroll out on loan for a season? As long as it's not a premiership club then good move.

Hope not. The lad's coming along well, really turned it around since the Newcastle game. Finally realised then that he would not be welcome back in Goerdie land. I hope we keep him for another season, but if Rodgers wants to move him on, I wouldn't oppose that.

Liverpool will be a big threat under Rodgers. This guy could be the next big thing. (I am not a Liverpool fan. )
