I am giving my thoughts on albanian teams :

Teuta (albania ) - Olimpi rustavi (georgia) under 2.5
teuta is a week team ,don't know the georgian one ...i would suggest DRAW

Flamurtari (albania) - budapest honved flamurtari +0.5

Tirana (albania) - Grevenmacher (luxembourg ) luxembourg teams are amateurs ,but tirana is missing a lot of players ,they have only one striker and don't score too much ... under 3.5
2-0 or 3-0

They've removed the Elfsborg handicap and re-set it at some books now @ -2.5/3 at well over -200 [-215]. I remember Floriana getting curb stomped 8-0 last year in the 1st leg of an EL qualifier like this. The chalk on the Over 3.5 for the total is a little less than what the handicap was set at I believe. Since they pussed out on the handicap, I'm taking Over 3.5 [-175] for the better price. I think Elfsborg covers it with four goals at least themselves.
