Redman, I think it depends on what your book offers. Some don't have as many options to choose from.

On bet365 they have Helmstad -1 at 1.850 and also a Handiap Result of Helmstad (-1) at +130. What's the difference? If they're the same thing why are the odds so different?

I figured it out. The -1 at +130 is a three way handicap, so if they only win by 1 goal then the bet is lost, instead of a push like it would be on an Asian handicap. I took the Asian handicap just to be safe.
