In the last 40 years more people have entered Germany for "political asylum" than ever! The German laws post WW II encourage a safe haven for those afflicted. Housing, monthly stipends etc are given automatically.
People from many countries looked for this democratic socialistic benevolence. It is taxing on the existing population both socially, financially and emotionally.
Not all parents of the German National Mannschaft players immigrated seeking political asylum, but nevertheless, many immigrated from other countries. If that is considered wrong (and I think not), then say goodbye to Roger Staubach, Babe Ruth and Lou Gehrig who today and for decades have been considered "American" heroes who happen to be all children of German immigrants.

Welcome to Europe in 2012, Germany has been very wise in choosing its players and its youth programs and in most case with immigration and there is a reason Germany is the dominant country in Europe economically and increasingly politically. Its certainly true in the business world but hopefully we are going to see some Prussian dominance of europe on the field today as well.
