I think they will control this game very well. Better midfield, and clinical strikers. England have been mediocre all tournament and are extremely fortunate to have ended up first in their group. You need Italy to win in regulation or it's a losing bet. Much better chance with the pk (get your money back if it draws) or to qualify (covers regulation, extra time, and penalties).

You lose automatically if its the ML. What you are looking for is the 'to qualify' or 'to advance'. PS. Italy ML should be closer to +190

If the draw is on the money line you lose, but that sounds like an advance bet whereas everything counts,including Et and Pks
