Are people expecting England to lose or what?

I don't get it. Why are they the underdog? Italy has only won one game...and it was against "free points" Ireland??

England have faced weak opposition and got lucky against one of them. This is a tough test for them, I obviously hope they will come through being English and all but I don't know about this one. Pretty much a toss-up as the odds indicate, under is the way to go as far as I'm concerned.
