Can you Push on a draw?

I see there are two separate spread bet options, one is "pk" and there is another option that says "pk, -1/2" with lower odds. Does one of those pay your money back on a draw?

pk = money back on draw
pk,-1/2 = half money back on draw if on fav', win half money if on 'dog
