Had Mandzukic to score 2 or more @21 for shits and giggles.
Well, he scored twice. But bet365 chose to see the 2nd as a own goal.
The Uefa has him with 2 goals, in every stat available.
Live-Chat was friendly but clueless as always and told me the bookies are looking at it right now. I guess they are still looking....
Will be pretty interesting to see what they decide to do in this case.

No, not at all. I'm at probably 45 bookies, currently using about 12 of them. But in this case, bet365 had some nice live-options, that's why I did this bet with them. The outcome of the game for example, I did bet @ pinny.
The amount for this specific bet wasn't big of course, just a damn small 15€, but that makes 300€ they didn't pay for this bet, and that is what pisses me off here. "The bookies are looking at it"? LOL, yeah go bookies, look at it. He scored twice, it's officially confirmed by the UEFA in their damn official statistics. Don't know what is so hard about it.
This behaviour is just laughable, sorry.

Relax they will pay. That site takes forever to grade wagers I notice especially when I bet on "smaller" sports if you will....rugby/soccer leagues. That site won't run off with your $300 I don't know what it is but they do this quite often.

True. They are terribly slow at times, concerning smaller (less popular) sports. But it's the damn soccer EM, not an ATP Challenger in a backyard of Bologna or a dogfight in Costa Rica. It is so damn easy to get the correct info about results for the EM. The official website of the UEFA has every confirmed info you could possibly get here. These guys should check the site, admit their mistake, and change the result of the bet from "loss" to "won". Takes 30 seconds to do it.

Yeah, was fcking funny: They had the name Mandzukic for the 2nd goal in their own ticker for about 15 min, after that they changed it to own-goal. I have screenshots from this. They graded the bet as loss directly after the end of the match. No other site did it, all big sites have Mandzukic with 2 goals. Should mean nothing, BUT: the official UEFA officially decided that the 2nd goal was his! Counts in every of their stats, for example the "Golden Shoe Winner". Bet365 is the only site that isn't able to read these damn fcking lines. It is a big fat joke, and yeah: I am EXTREMELY pissed right now.

Okay guys, listen up clearly, cause here is what happens:

Bet365 is NOT paying this bet!
They wrote me in their statement, that they reviewed the game, and they don't count it as a goal. They would pay me half of my winnings, "out of goodwill" in their words.
So basically what they did is: They overruled the UEFA, they know it better than the official host of the Euro Cup, they know it better than the referees, and the official reviewers.
I say, that they are simply betraying their customers here!
I am going to think about calling the I.B.A.S. in this case.
It's not about the money here, it's about a sportsbook that OVERRULES the OFFICIALS of the UEFA and BETRAYS their customers!

I called again (the 5th time since this case started) and once I used the magic word, they paid me my full 300 bucks instead of 150
I love it: 1st try to betray your customers, 2nd, if they know the magic word, pay immediately in less than 2 minutes.
These Euro-Sites are a damn joke. The average fun-bettor can use them, but thats exactly why I am sticking with Pinnacle or the asian guys for my big bets --> better odds, no betraying of customers.
Keep that in mind guys!

They don't get anything back from me. As I said: this bet was just for shits and giggles. Explained it in one of the posts above. My big bets (1 unit is 100€, 10 units are 1000€, 10 units are ~3% of my roll) have a very different size.
