anyone interested in a bigger contest for euro 2012

i was thinking something like picking the teams to advance from each group before friday and a champion.

then doing it like an ncaa bracket once the ko stage is set. so basically it would be 2 parts.

let me know if interested and max points you would do this for.

do you have a thread-like thing in mind?

i have an idea for scoring, we could use a fair point system based on pinnacle´s odds, like if poland to advance from group is 1,735 odds, then it would give 735 points to whoever chooses ... germany is 1,256 so it gives 256 points
like that the options are
1) to advance from group
2) outright winner
3) we pick all the games also
---
this way we would have a point system and many plays to rail

for instance now let everybody choose 2 options from each group for advancing and winner, totalling 4options*4groups = 16 picks at the moment and on top of that one overall winner
+ then choose all the games on matchday, that way everybody can choose different strategies
for games it would be like if you choose team A to win at 2,65 odds , then it would give (2,65-1)*1000=1650 pts

it just doesnt seem theres any real interest ruth. i like ur idea but i think itll be hard getting enuf people to do a simpler contest
