Two things at play here that should mean extra effort from Barca in an otherwise "dead" match with nothing riding on it. #1, Pep's final La Liga match as boss. The Barca players will want him to go out a winner. #2, the Pichichi Trophy. This goes to the league's top scorer. Christian Ronaldo is the reigning champ after taking the title from Lionel Messi. Messi owns a five goal lead over Ronaldo and realistically has this sewn up, but there should be an opportunity for style points and to improve on his record setting 50 goal season to this point. These two squads have met three times over the past two seasons, once in La Liga and twice in the Copa Del Rey. All meetings ended with four goals or more. Since Pep announced he would not return, Barca has been on a goal scoring tear with 15 goals in their last three matches. Real Betis has scored in 13 straight home matches in La Liga play, while conceding in all but two during that stretch. They found the back of the net twice at Camp Nou in January, so it would be shocking for them not to add to the tally today at home. Let's slice and dice the books today Ninjas.

It's only half time bro. With the # of penalties that Messi has gotten called in his favor the last few matches - don't count it out. Remember last match they scored three goals between the 64th and 79th minutes, two on PKs. 1st meeting had three 2nd half goals with a Messi PK the icing on the top.

lol this has to be the most stupid league in the world, you expect over 2.5 to hit easily, you get a 0-0 match with 10 chances missed one on one with the goalie, or when you expect a low scoring match, suddenly there are 4 goals in the first 45 minutes

Yeah I just really have a hard time capping MLS. I mean that match I was looking at, New England had been absolutely shithouse the last month and Vancouver surging and they're getting killed 3-1. I'll just continue to monitor and see if there is a trend with a team that I can exploit. That's normally about all I try to do with MLS. Couple years ago FC Dallas had an unbeaten streak for like two months and I took them almost every match I could. Galaxy were a pretty good overs club at home the last couple years. That's probably one I would play more often than not.

I've found Realt Salt Lake to be good on overs when playing at home, San jose doing pretty well too, most of their matches have gone over so far. DC united was doing a good job with the overs until last two matches(including the one today on which I got screwed). Other than that , Galaxy in a poor form lately, used to be a good choice for the overs ... I'm really liking san jose over tomorrow, will see how it goes.
