Didn't Arsenal and Liverpool come in to Chelsea and beat them straight up? I think Man City is the best team in the league and certainly better than Arsenal and Liverpool. I can see Man City winning this or a draw at best.

First of all, i don't bet on soccer that much (as my soccer knowledge is limited). I am very selective. But i do watch the EPL and so far Chelsea hasn't looked that great (not their usual selves as they do have 4 losses) this season. And Man City has been rolling this year. So I can see them winning in Chelsea. Sure the odd makers must know something cuz why would a team without any losses be an undedog to a team with 4 losses? Still, for me, it is either Man city, draw or no play!
