Soccer Question From A Noob

USA is leading Slovenia 3-1 at the half. halftime over/under says 5.5 goals. Slovenia moneyline says +3369. I thought at the half the moneyline means who wins the second period correct and not the full game? Or does the +3369 for Slovenia mean they have to not only win the 2nd period but the whole game?
