Everything except the penalty was solid.
The first sending off was legitimate. Clear yellow card.
The second one. Keane would probably be 1 on 1 with the keeper if not for Piiroja's hand.
Yellow card in these kind of situations is anything but shocking.
Defenders at times played blindly and got punished. No straight reds, no nothing...

The penalty kick, yes shouldn't have been awarded there. But come on, it was already the dying minutes... 0-3 down and down to 9 men.
