Price isn't that great, but this looks appropriate in this spot. Parma ALWAYS allows goals. Question is, can Parma score on the road? If Parma can get one, I think this definitely goes over. Even if they don't score, I can see situations where Milan drops three on Parma. I'm going to pay the price and play the over here.
