That applies to particular weekends I guess. I don't think that is general thing, otherwise the line would be 2.75 or 3

what do you mean? The general odds for overs in French leagues are always Over 2 or Over 2.25 because it is typically lower scoring then other leagues. You rarely get a Over 2.75 or Over 3 as standard for Ligue II. Tours and Istres played each other the other day (two highest scoring teams in league) and I still got the Over 2 goals @ -185 or something (despite games involving them averaging 3.5 goals per game so far).

Small play on Over 1 goal 1st half in IFK Goteborg/AIK game @ -101...

Goteborg have scored 53% of their goals in 1st half so far this season, and AIK 35%. Last 6 games in a row between these in Goteborg has had at least 1 goal in 1st half so worth a crack at almost Evens.

Man City, Atletico, Malaga, Varese, and Udinese all win. Only slight let-down was Novara who only drew at home to Cittadella, but at least no losses so far.

Off to Boston and New York tomorrow for a week so probably won't be posting much until end of next week.

didn't know you were talking about french league. Agreed, it is underish league

Tours/Brest Over 0.75 goals 1st half @ -144...

66.7% of Tours' total goals so far this season have been scored in 1st half of games, while Brest have scored 58.4% in opening 45 mins so can't resist playing this.

Karabukspor/Bursaspor Over 2 goals @ -147...

There has been at least 3 goals scored in each of the last 4 meetings between these 2 sides, and there has only been 1 game out of 10 head-to-head that has had less than 2 goals in a game.

Big play this weekend is a chalky one but I don't see it losing:

Schalke PK @ -279 at home to Augsburg...

I believe that this should be nearer to -400 even if Schalke are without Farfan and Huntelaar. They are going to be very motivated to get a big win here after they were demolished by Bayern in their last home game, and are coming off a morale boosting 1-0 win away at a very tough place in Basel. With Farfan and Huntelaar unavailable there is a concern that they may struggle to score goals and be reliant on very young and inexperienced players like Draxler and Max Meyer, and the inconsistency at the back is always a concern with Schalke. However, before that humiliation at hands of Bayern they saw off Leverkusen 2-0 at home and then Steaua 3-0 in Champs League so it isnt beyond the realms of possibility that they could keep a clean sheet tomorrow against Augsburg! They also have Kolasinac returning from injury who can help shore up the defense.

I had a big play on Hannover PK weekend before last when they were at home to Augsburg because I though the away side were being over-rated and it seems to me that once again they are being slightly over-rated based on their solid home form where they are proving to be very tough to beat, and also based on the 1-0 win at Nurnberg. But as I said before, Nurnberg are one of the weaker sides in division this season and were completely impotent in that game at home to Augsburg but managed to hold on until they had a player sent-off and the away side were finally able to take advantage. Even without Huntelaar and Farfan, I'd like to think that with Boateng, Draxler, Meyer, Szalai, Clemens, Hoger, and Goretzka they offer enough of an attacking threat to out-score Augsburg at home. I think worst-case scenario Schalke draw this 1-1 if they show some tiredness from mid-week game combined with lack of quality in front of goal without Klaas and Farfan. Schalke have never lost to Augsburg, and have won two previous home ties 3-1 each time.

Will be looking at possible live bets on Bastia PK and Hannover PK tonight depending on how it's looking, or if one of them concede in 1st half I'll play the Over live or PK then and hope for a comeback.

Brest equalise so over 0.75 hits comfortably but Bursa still only winning 1-0 and just strolling to victory against 10 men. Should of just stuck with going big on Tours over, knew that was a generous line
